Outstanding Arkansas Master Gardener Award

This state award recognizes the individual Master Gardener who has made outstanding efforts in

the Master Gardener program. Degree of involvement, educational impact and evaluation are all important in this category. One person in the entire state receives this award each year.

Arkansas Master Gardener Outstanding Project Award

This award recognizes an outstanding Master Gardener project undertaken by a county within the state. Total effort is judged on the scope of the project and its benefit to the community. Degree of involvement, educational impact, and evaluation are important in this category. First, second and third place for the state are awarded.

1998 - "Developing an Ozark Green Thumb" seminar. Project Chair: Lucinda Reynolds – first place

2004 - Spring Plant Sale - third place

 

Arkansas Friend of Master Gardener Award

This state award is presented to a non-Extension or non-Master Gardener person, business or organization who has shown outstanding support of a county Master Gardener program.
