Outstanding Arkansas Master Gardener Award
This state award recognizes the individual Master Gardener who has made outstanding efforts in the Master Gardener program. Degree of involvement, educational impact and evaluation are all important in this category. One person in the entire state receives this award each year. The following Baxter County Master Gardeners have received this award.

Arkansas Master Gardener Outstanding Project Award
This award recognizes an outstanding Master Gardener project undertaken by a county within the state. Total effort is judged on the scope of the project and its benefit to the community. Degree of involvement, educational impact, and evaluation are important in this category. First, second and third place for the state are awarded. The following Baxter County Master Gardener projects have received this award

Arkansas Friend of Master Gardener Award

2003 - "Friend of the Park" award for outstanding volunteer service from the city of Mountain Home Parks and Recreation Department
